Because IPS’s membership is limited to elite independent contractors we’re able to negotiate reduced rates on world class benefit programs. With our programs you can be assured that you’re getting the same benefits as high-level employees of large companies while still maintaining the independence, flexibility, and mobility of an independent consultant. Below we briefly describe some of the benefit programs available when you become and IPS member.

Major Medical

IPS offers its members Group Major Medical through United Healthcare. The plan, labled "HSA Choice Plus High-Deductible Health Plan" offers very competitive rates and one of the largest national Network of Physicians. The Network of Physicians can conveniently be accessed online here.

Dental

We also offer dental via United Concordia's "Advantage Plus" national network of highly qualified dentists. If you wish, you can visit an out of network dentist, but if you visit a network provider, you'll typically receive the highest level of benefits and save the most on out-of-pocket costs.

Pension

IPS offers one of the most attractive pension programs available in the United States. At IPS you can participate in our Money Purchase Plan and a 401(k) Plan.
